These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 77hibaji platform and all associated services. They form a legally binding agreement between 77hibaji ("we", "the Company") and the platform user ("you", "member").

77hibaji believes that transparency and honesty are the foundation of a good relationship. We want you to fully understand these terms and know your rights and responsibilities.

KYC Verification

77hibaji follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to maintain a safe environment. Prior to withdrawal or for transactions above certain limits, you may be required to submit the following documents:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Selfie photo (holding your ID document)
• Proof of payment method ownership

Each individual may only operate one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be permanently closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

Bet Cancellation & Refund Policy

77hibaji reserves the right to void bets and issue a refund in the following circumstances:

• If unusual patterns are detected in your betting activity

• Bonus Abuse: Providing false information or exploiting the system to obtain bonuses.
• Match Fixing: Attempting to influence the outcome of any event.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for illegal money transfers or laundering.
• Hacking: Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• False Identity: Creating or operating an account using another person's information.

77hibaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms
• Providing false or incomplete information
• Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• Suspicious Transactions or Fraudulent Activity

If you wish to close your account yourself

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid funds.

77hibaji is committed to delivering the highest standard of service. However, our liability is limited in certain situations:

• 77hibaji is not liable for bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• 77hibaji is not responsible for issues arising from third-party payment gateways.
• In the event of unexpected technical issues causing service disruption, maximum compensation is limited to the original stake amount.
• 77hibaji is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's own negligence, such as sharing their password.
